Gray Sutherland is transformed into the arch villain “GrayLord: DARK LORD OF POWER” after exposure to the un-restrained force of the “Great Mind Wave” of the “ReAmplifier”. Gray’s need for power caused him to intentionally override of the safety protocols of the device and the power of the exposure to telepathic images altered by the Menace physically transformed his face and body. GrayLord has both internal energy powers and command of the personified band of evil cohorts known as the Metalicans.
The Metalicons are a cadre of creatures created by the distorted version of the “Personifier” which Gray built in his garage. They were created from objects and devices that Gray had onhand. The Metalicans took evil shapes based upon various objects such as guns, knives, a battery charger, spray cans, a drum of chemicals and even a BBQ Grill.
The Metalicans often argue and fight among themselves, and it takes GrayLord’s full time attention to guide their efforts as his fighting force. GrayLord’s focus is destroying Dax, who he sees as his only impediment to his next big goal… global domination.

“BLADES” is an incredibly dangerous “close quarters combat” adversary. Using its rapidly spinning blades he can fly and hover like a helicopter. Blades on it’s extremities can be thrown short distances with accuracy, and grow back within minutes. It’s tail blade can slice open most materials as it flies closely over a target. Blades can spin and burrow into the ground to create escape tunnels.
His tag line: “Let’s Cut the Crap!”
SLIME” was created from a drum of noxious chemicals stored in Sutherland’s garage. Slime has the ability to slowly float on a cloud of deadly vapors or move rapidly on the ground on a slimy residue like a giant snail . It can drip and throw various globs of chemicals that can burn through many materials, cause choking gas clouds, radiation poisoning and other deadly emissions at short distances. Slime is dangerous but probably the least effective of the Metalicans in a rapidly changing combat situation.

“SHOCKER” , before Personification, was an ordinary battery charger in Gray Sutherland’s garage. Another small stature Metalican, Shocker is the master of electricity. He is capable of throwing electric bolts, and draining power from, or short circuiting, anything electrical . Shocker can also power up dead electrical items and control their operation remotely. Shocker can levitate itself by using its electrical powers to create powerful repulsive electromagnetic forces. This ability also allows it to rapidly maneuver around anything made from ferro-magnetic material.
His tag line: “Power to the People… HaHa!”
“BLASTER” is the personification of the guns and ammo in Sutherland’s garage. He is the real Long Range fighter of the Metalican Team. BLASTER, not only is one of the larger members of the Metalicans, but has incredible fire power from multiple caliber guns in both its arms and feet. It can fire at multiple targets simultaneously. Although not 100% accurate, it’s projectiles have multiple functions including explosive shells. BLASTER can move rapidly on its “roller skate-like” feet made from 37 mm shells.
His tag line: “Ready, Aim… Kick Ass!”
“FLAME” , created by the Personifier from a backyard Grill in Sutherland’s garage, is the largest and possibly most destructive of the Metalicans. Capable of rapid flight using an undercarriage jet system, Flame can shoot beams of white hot plasma from his finger tips and from its huge mouth. The white hot mouth is also capable of biting through almost any material. He is also capable of igniting any fuel source at a distance.
His tag line: “Burn baby burn!”
“FUME” is one of the smaller Metalicans, but with a large set of powers over every type of compressed gas and liquid spray. Created by the Personifier from a number of spray cans of glue, paint, insect repellant, shave cream, drain cleaner and hair spray, Fume can emit a number of different sticky, choking, obscuring, slippery and other effects at will and in large quantities. Proximity exposure to many materials and compounds allow him to enhance his potent repertoire of deadly contents to include spraying acids, smoke screens and tear gas. FUME can fly by using streams of compressed air or explosive gases to propel itself through the air.
